At 8:00 a.m. local time on May 5, 2020 in Moscow, China's the largest-diameter shield machine "Victory", departed at the Maple Avenue Station Block of the large shield project on the eastern section of the Moscow Metro Third Transfer Circle.

The Moscow Metro project is a key project witnessed and promoted by President Xi Jinping and President Putin, and is of great significance to the development of Sino-Russian partnership. The project is the first subway built by Chinese companies in Europe, and has driven Chinese technology, Chinese quality and Chinese equipment into Europe. This shield machine is currently China's largest diameter shield machine exported to Europe.

The location of Moscow is very cold in winter, with temperatures reaching minus 30℃. The geology is a water-rich sand layer. The construction conditions are harsh and the diameter of the shield machine can reach 11 meters. These special conditions require the relevant supporting components to have low-temperature adaptability and geological adaptability. In response to the requirements of such special working conditions, ZYS bearing team has adopted customized design, produced core components such as the main drive ring of the shield machine, the bearing of the segment assembly machine, and the joint bearing of the screw conveyor. These ensured the performance of the shield machine under extremely cold conditions.
