Recently, Luoyang Bearing Research Institute Co., Ltd. organized a special innovation demonstration project "Research and Application of Key Technologies of High-end Equipment Spindle Units and Intelligent Manufacturing Systems". The relevant personnel of the project attended the meeting. At the meeting, the implementation background of the "Ten Hundred Thousand" transformation and upgrading innovation project in Henan Province was introduced. The project conducts design, precision machining, online monitoring and quality control (SPC) technology for core and key functional components electric spindles, precision spindle bearings required for high-end equipment such as CNC machine tools, and then develop high-performance CNC machine tool series spindle units and precision bearings based on intelligent needs. This project aims to enhance the core technology competitiveness of electric spindles and precision bearings for high-end machine tools.

The project leader of Luoyang Bearing Research Institute Co., Ltd. said that ZYS will make great efforts to ensure the implementation of the project and change the current market status of electric spindle products. The meeting called for making good use of talents and technological advantages, focusing on the actual problems in the R&D, adhering to the innovative development concepts of "good products" , and implementing the key core technologies of the project to the products required by users and effectively enhancing the core competitiveness of ZYS spindle products.
