The bearings in the gear box are mainly lubricated by the gear oil in the gear box. There are many metal particles in the lubricating oil, which will significantly affect the bearing life. Therefore, a special heat treatment process is required to make the raceway surface have compressive stress and reduce the sensitivity of the raceway to particulate impurities and improve bearing life.　At the same time, it is also necessary to optimize the gearbox bearing structure according to the working conditions of the bearing, improve the bearing processing technology, and further improve the gearbox bearing performance index.
