Features of Bearing axial clearance measuring instrument:
● Dynamic measurement is carried out by means of fixing the inner ring of the bearing and rotating the outer ring. The sensing point is located in the center of the bearing,
eliminating the error caused by the deflection of the ring to the measurement, and directly displaying the average value of the clearance, which is stable and reliable.
● The measuring load meets the standard requirements , and the loading is convenient, accurate and fast.
● It can automatically eliminate the influence of factors such as the side sway on the axial clearance, and the repeatability of the measured value is good.
● The upper and lower measurement loads are loaded by the cylinder, which is easy to operate and has high measurement efficiency.
●The computer system can control the whole measurement and loading process to be completed automatically, and can analyze, store and print the measurement data.
