Injection cage
The injection cage, one kinds of bearing cage/bearing retainer, has the characteristics of low friction, low temperature rise, high elasticity, low noise and low centrifugal force, which can meet the performance requirements of high speed, high precision, low noise and acid and alkali corrosion resistance.
Material:
The material is made of cage material from DSM of the Netherlands, BASF of Germany and DUPONT of the United States. It has the characteristics of small specific gravity, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, radiation resistance, good toughness, shock resistance and solid foreign matter embedding. It adopts precision injection molding, and the accuracy can acheive P2, P4 bearing requirements.
