In order to encourage employees with the spirit of craftsmanship “Keep improving, keep integrity”, on July 13, the Spindle Manufacturing Department and the Quality Control Department jointly launched a grinding skills competition with the theme of "Unique Craftsmanship, Striving for First-Class Products, Competing in Skills, and Creating Spindle Glory". A total of 19 employees participated in the competition.

In the practical competition, the employees used CNC grinding equipment to perform complex operations such as inner diameter grinding and outer diameter grinding, and independently completed tasks such as tool grinding, thread grinding, surface grinding, deep hole grinding, and centerless grinding. After fierce competition, the employees were comprehensively scored based on their on-site operations, process questions and answers, measuring tool usage, workpiece tolerance dimensions and shape tolerances. In the end, Gao Qiang, Guo Bobo and Guo Junying won the top three places in the competition.

Yang Hu, general manager of the precision parts division, presented awards to the winning employees. He said that spindle workpiece processing is special and this competition has created a good working atmosphere. Some young employees also emerged through the competition, proving that the grinding team's work of "passing on, helping and guiding" is very effective. It is hoped that in future work, the spindle grinding team will continue to improve their skills, study hard, and empower the development of the spindle department.
