Flexible bearings for harmonic reducers
The outer ring and the flexspline inner hole of of the flexible bearings for ZYS harmonic reducer are matched with H7/h7, and the inner ring and cam are matched with H7/js6. The inner and outer rings and rolling elements of robot bearings are made of high carbon chromium bearing steel GCr15, and the cage of light bearing is mostly made of nylon cage with integral type; while in some high-power harmonic gear transmission,the separated cage made of brass are used.
