Thin-wall tapered roller bearing

Single row tapered roller bearings can bear radial load and axial load in one direction. Under the action of radial load, there will be an axial component inside the bearing. Therefore, another tapered roller bearing is often used together with it. In addition, since the inner and outer rings of the tapered roller bearing can be separated, it is convenient to install and disassemble.

Tapered roller bearings for ZYS robot are non-standard in dimension, and they mainly have two  thin wall types for the main body support and crank support of the reducer. The inner and outer rings and rolling elements are made of high carbon chromium bearing steel GCr15, and the cage is made of high quality carbon structural steel.
