Accompanied by relevant leaders, the Schaeffler expert team visited the company's extra large bearing manufacturing department, large bearing manufacturing department and heat treatment center. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on the manufacturing of wind turbine main shaft bearings and gearbox bearings.The Schaeffler team carefully visited the company's 10MW wind turbine main shaft bearings and wind turbine gearbox planetary gear bearings intelligent production line that are being mass-produced, and carefully inquired about the operation of the company's newly put into use wind turbine gearbox bearing intelligent production line, and learned about key issues such as processing accuracy, production efficiency, intelligent detection, and production stability. They expressed appreciation for the company's innovation ability and work efficiency, and were deeply interested in cooperating in the experimental research of high-power wind turbine main shaft bearings.
Later at the meeting, Chairman Wang Zijun first welcomed the Schaeffler expert team and introduced the company's main products, application performance, honors, production capacity, experimental capabilities and future plans in the field of wind turbine main shaft bearings and gearbox bearings. He also discussed key common basic technical theories such as bearing theoretical life calculation, material heat treatment methods, and future development trends of wind turbine bearings that are currently of concern to the wind turbine bearing industry.
