In response to the 25th National Safety Production Month campaign and to further implement the important directives on workplace safety, the Special Bearing Division organized a comprehensive safety production education session for all employees on June 2. The initiative aimed to strengthen safety awareness, enhance risk prevention capabilities, and create a safer working environment that supports the division's sustainable and high-quality development.
The training program focused on three key areas closely related to the operational characteristics of the bearing manufacturing industry.

Strengthening Risk Identification and Hazard Elimination
Employees received systematic training on the latest safety risk assessment and hazard inspection requirements. All production teams were instructed to immediately conduct comprehensive inspections of critical work areas, equipment, and operational procedures. The division emphasized the establishment of detailed hazard management records, with clear responsibilities, corrective measures, and completion deadlines assigned to each identified issue. Through closed-loop management, potential risks can be effectively controlled before they develop into accidents.
Enhancing Fire Safety Awareness Through Case Studies

To reinforce fire prevention awareness, employees participated in a fire safety education session featuring real-life accident cases from the machinery manufacturing sector. The training analyzed the root causes of major fire incidents and highlighted the importance of strict compliance with fire safety regulations, emergency preparedness, and workplace safety management practices.
Protecting Employee Safety and Health

The division reaffirmed its commitment to the principle of “People First, Life First.” During the session, employees reviewed safety operating procedures, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and emergency response protocols for their respective positions. Particular emphasis was placed on the strict implementation of safety responsibilities and the elimination of unsafe behaviors. Employees were encouraged to actively follow the “Four No Harm” principle: not harming oneself, not harming others, not being harmed by others, and protecting others from harm.
As an important component of the division's Safety Production Month activities, this education campaign reflects the company's ongoing commitment to building a strong safety culture. The Special Bearing Division calls on all employees to maintain a high level of vigilance and responsibility in daily operations, ensuring that safety requirements are fully integrated into every aspect of their work.
Moving forward, the division will continue to strengthen hazard identification and corrective actions, expand safety awareness programs, and foster a workplace culture where everyone values safety and is prepared to respond effectively to emergencies. Through these efforts, the division remains dedicated to protecting employee well-being, safeguarding company assets, and ensuring stable and efficient production operations.
