On May 15, ZYS held the first session of its 2026 “Cadre Lecture Hall,” focusing on the interpretation and implementation of the 2026G Edition Quality Management System (QMS) documents. The event aimed to enhance employees' understanding of the updated quality management framework and promote the effective implementation of QMS requirements in daily operations.

Jian Xueli, Deputy Director of the Quality Assurance Department, delivered the keynote presentation. More than 100 participants, including department heads as well as personnel engaged in R&D, process engineering, and quality management, attended the session.

Centered on the core structure of the 2026G Edition QMS documents, the presentation systematically explained the revision background, overall system framework, process interpretation, and major updates introduced in the new version. Combining practical scenarios from the company's current quality management practices, the lecture addressed common concerns and operational challenges encountered during system implementation across different departments.
Special emphasis was placed on clarifying key changes in critical procedures and responsibilities. Through detailed explanations of questions such as “Who is responsible?”, “What should be done?”, and “What standards should be achieved?”, the session helped participants gain a clearer understanding of implementation requirements and their respective job responsibilities within the quality management system.
Participants commented that the lecture was well-structured, highly practical, and closely aligned with actual work needs. They noted that the quality management system serves as a guiding principle throughout the entire product lifecycle. Only by fully integrating QMS requirements into daily work habits and strengthening risk-based thinking can the company effectively leverage the system to support operations and ensure consistent product quality.
The “Cadre Lecture Hall” is an important platform established by the company's Party Committee to support reform and development initiatives, improve the overall competence of leadership teams, and inspire employees to contribute to the company's growth. Moving forward, the company will continue to strengthen the platform by organizing 11 regular lecture sessions covering key topics such as production and operations, reform and development, and capability enhancement. These efforts are intended to broaden employees' professional knowledge, improve business competencies, and transform learning outcomes into tangible achievements that support the company's high-quality development goals.
