The same motor will have different stable bearing temperatures in different operating environments. Especially in some high-temperature environments, the temperature of the bearing system is relatively high. In order to ensure the safety of the bearing system, high-quality, high-temperature resistant grease should be selected.

When the following situations occur, the user of the equipment should pay close attention to the operation of the equipment to prevent the problem from further spreading and worsening:

1. The bearing system of the equipment has unstable temperature and is accompanied by varying degrees of noise. If the bearing system becomes stable after adding grease, it can be considered normal. Otherwise, necessary problem diagnosis and troubleshooting should be carried out.

2. When grease is repeatedly scarce, it is necessary to consider whether there is a serious oil leakage problem in the equipment bearing system. On the one hand, this problem can be evaluated from the bearing temperature, and on the other hand, the structural design problem of the bearing system cannot be ruled out.

3. If there are still irregular mechanical collision sounds after improving the lubrication conditions of the equipment, you can analyze whether there is damage to the rolling elements of the equipment.
