To implement the "lean management" strategic policy of Sinomach Group and continuously enhance ZYS's core competitiveness, the company's heat treatment center has successfully built a fully automated blackening production line. The official operation of this production line marks a new stage of automation, intelligence, and efficiency for the company in the surface treatment process of key components for wind turbine bearings, injecting strong momentum into the company's high-quality development.


I.Intelligent Manufacturing Leads the Way, Accelerating Efficiency Improvement

Addressing the industry challenges of low efficiency and unstable cycle time in traditional blackening processes involving manual operation, the company has achieved a breakthrough innovation with a fully automated blackening production line. The production line, centered on a PLC central control system, works in deep collaboration with intelligent overhead cranes to create a complete automated system covering feeding, cleaning, blackening, and unloading. The production line has 14 process slots, and the intelligent program enables seamless connection between processes, keeping the production cycle stable at 30 minutes per batch. The entire line is equipped with a large overall monitoring screen, which makes process parameters, equipment status, and process progress clear at a glance, making production control "visible, manageable, and accurate". The intelligent driving system, with its automatic identification and precise positioning capabilities, reduces human error and ensures a smooth and efficient production process. The establishment of this intelligent system has propelled the blackening process from "human steering" to "intelligent navigation," providing the company with a solid technological foundation to meet the demands of large-scale, rapid order fulfillment.
