At present, the new energy bearing orders of our company are booming. The company has established long-term cooperative relationships with well-known wind power host manufacturers such as Dongfang Wind Power, CRRC, and Goldwind Technology. The orders on hand have basically doubled compared with the same period last year. It is expected that sales revenue in 2024 will increase by more than 65% compared with last year.

In recent years, the company has continued to increase its investment in science and technology, which is used for research on wind turbine bearing design, simulation analysis, bearing material process adaptability, etc., and is committed to filling the gaps in domestic wind turbine bearing related technologies. The company has focused on building a mature wind turbine bearing R&D and process team, invested in the R&D and design of high-power wind turbine bearings, and has the ability to develop the entire process of wind turbine bearings. By comparing more than 300 wind turbine main shaft bearing design schemes, designers selected the optimal contact angle, roller diameter, number of rollers and other parameters to maximize the design life of the entire shaft system.

ZYS plans to invest more than 40 million yuan in 2025 to expand the intelligent production line of wind turbine gearboxes, which is expected to meet the demand for an annual production of 4,000 sets of wind turbine gearbox bearings.
