From September 20th to 23rd, the 2024 World Manufacturing Conference was grandly held in Hefei, Anhui. The conference focused on the theme of "Smart Manufacturing World, Creating a Better Future" and showcased the latest products and major innovative achievements in the global manufacturing industry. As a leading technology company in the wind power bearing industry, ZYS latest scientific and technological achievements-the world's first 25MW-class offshore wind power main shaft bearing and gearbox bearing, became the focus of the entire venue. ZYS exhibit "the world's first 25MW-class offshore wind turbine main shaft bearing" was one of the "star" exhibits at the conference, and CCTV paid attention to and reported on this innovative achievement. This product applies the company's independently innovative technologies such as forward design, precision manufacturing, surface enhancement and online intelligent monitoring, which effectively enhances the reliability and stability of the bearing, and further realizes the independent control of my country's core wind power components and the security of the industrial chain.

In recent years, the company has continuously increased its scientific research efforts and has successively developed the first domestically produced 7MW and 18MW offshore wind turbine main shaft bearings, the world's first 25MW-class wind turbine main shaft bearings and gearbox bearings, achieving mass import substitution for wind turbine main shaft bearings and gearbox bearings above 8MW. At the same time, we continue to promote digital and intelligent construction. In June this year, the newly built digital production line for wind turbine gearbox planetary gear bearings was successfully put into operation, setting a new benchmark for the digital production of domestic wind turbine gearbox bearings. Currently, the annual production capacity of wind turbine main shaft bearings is 3,000 units and that of gearbox bearings is 2,500 units.
