Since the outbreak of COVID-19, ZYS has received the care and greetings of many overseas customers. With the concerted efforts of the whole China to fight against the COVID-19, everything is under control and life is normal in China by far. But the situation now is not optimistic as people in overseas countries are still suffering. Our customers are among them.
Facing the panic and helplessness of customers, ZYS leadership and employees completely relate to what they are going through and provided timely help, actively explaining daily anti-epidemic measures to customers, and also sent customers a "special concern". On the basis of ensuring the daily protection of more than 1,300 employees, ZYS leadership made material control arrangements immediately, and the Safety Production Guarantee Department and the Marketing Management Department quickly prepared 3,900 pieces of medical protectivemasks which ZYS customers urgently need. The sales staff wrote down warm and intimate greeting cards for the customers, packed the masks and sent to each customer with our best wishes.
When ZYS customers learned that we donated protective medical masks, we felt their full excitement and gratitude from their reply.
Meanwhile, our Italy VIP customer made the payment to us on time, even if they work at home. The charity of ZYS donating masks has brought great encouragement to customers, and the gratitude of customers has brought great motivation to the whole ZYS BEARING.
To quote a line from the Book of Songs,"You throw a peach to me, I give you a white jade for friendship". We will never forget the support and material donations provided by the international community to China when we face a severe situation at home. Virus knows no borders, but the worst of times reveals the best in people. The friendship between ZYS and customers are deepened in the virus.
