ZYS Spindle Division is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, design, production, manufacturing, sales and maintenance services of core functional components for mid- to high-end CNC machine tools, robots and new energy vehicles, and provides professional contract manufacturing services for spindle-related parts.

1. High-precision machining of non-standard shaft components

With three STUDER machines and over 50 high-precision grinding machines of various types, we are capable of custom machining non-standard shaft components such as stepped shafts, pins and solid long shafts, with a precision of up to 1 µm.

2. Machining of standard components

High-precision ring gauges and thread go/no-go gauges; equipped with length measuring instruments, height gauges, thread grinding machines and thread measuring machines

3. Machining of machine tool accessories

Two turning-milling centres capable of machining various machine tool accessories and high-precision grinding wheel adaptors; seven dynamic balancing machines capable of balancing all types of rotating components

4. Machining of housing-type components

Three vertical milling machines are available for high-precision machining of housing-type components, with a machining accuracy of up to 1 µm and a machining range of up to 500 mm.

5. Shaft-mounted bearing components

Precision machining of shaft-mounted bearing components.

6. Contract machining of various components

Over 100 units of various high-precision machining and inspection equipment.
