In May 2025, Jiang Wei, leader of Luoyang Bearing Research Institute Co. Ltd., visited Chenxin Bearing to have in-depth exchanges on the joint development and production of high-end bearing steel wire.

As a leading company in the domestic bearing industry, ZYS focuses on the demand for high-end bearings in new energy and other fields, and identifies steel wire strength and fatigue resistance as key technical bottlenecks, and urgently needs to collaborate with upstream material companies to tackle these problems. Relying on the industrial foundation of "China's Steel Ball Hometown", Chenxin Technology is building an advanced green and intelligent factory, and its first phase project will be put into production this year. The two parties reached a cooperation intention on site and plan to launch a joint pilot production line in the third quarter. Luoyang Bearing Research Institute Co. Ltd. will open up the resources of the national-level testing and engineering research center and jointly build a "high-end bearing wire joint laboratory" with Chenxin, focusing on heat treatment process optimization, surface defect control and other technologies to promote the verification of the entire chain of "materials-bearings-applications".

This cooperation marks another breakthrough in the "strengthening and supplementing" of the high-end bearing industry chain, injecting new impetus into the technological upgrading of domestic high-end bearings.
