Recently, ZYS technology center has carried out GB/T 24606-2021 "Rolling Bearings - Non-destructive Testing - Magnetic Particle Testing" for the relevant technicians and operators in the first industrial park and the second industrial park. The meeting invited Li Shenhua, the main drafter of the standard, to give a speech.

GB/T 24606-2021 "Rolling Bearings - Non-destructive Testing - Magnetic Particle Testing" collects the technical points, operating procedures, practical experience of magnetic particle testing for industrial enterprises.

With the title of "Application and Promotion of Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) Technology in Bearing Industry", the senior engineer Li Shenhua first introduced the purpose and background of the revision of this standard, and then explained the nine aspects of the standard including the principle of magnetic particle testing, new requirements for testing in magnetic particle testing standards, magnetization methods, magnetic particle testing procedures and operation precautions. Finally, Li Shenhua answered the questions encountered by magnetic particle testing operators in their daily work, and answered questions about the new revised standard.

This standard implementation enables our non-destructive testing operators and related technicians to understand the current technological development trends of magnetic particle testing in the bearing industry at home and abroad, and guides everyone on how to use this standard in scientific research and production, and also improves the working ability and efficiency of non-destructive testing operators.
