In September, ZYS (Luoyang Bearing Research Institute Co., Ltd.) organized a special rectification meeting on production safety and the promotion of "Thunder Action", thoroughly implementing the important instructions of President Xi Jinping on production safety, strictly following the relevant work arrangements of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, China National Machinery Industry Corporation (Sinomach), and SINOMACH Precision Industry Group Co., Ltd., closely combining with the company's actual situation, and comprehensively launching special rectification actions to build a solid production safety defense line.

At the meeting, the Safety Production Assurance Department made a special report, pointing out that the current safety production management presents a new trend of "full chain coverage and high-intensity pressure", and made arrangements for the company's next risk identification, 5S management and other work. It also reported the main problems found when the company's main person in charge led the team to conduct hidden danger inspections in a "four no-two direct" manner that day, providing a solid basis for deepening safety governance and building a long-term safety control mechanism.

General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Jiang Wei emphasized that all business departments must strictly fulfill their main supervisory responsibilities, strengthen unified management of subcontractors and approval of dangerous operations, and implement " One Task, One Chain" full-chain closed-loop management; deepen 5S management and eliminate formalism; strictly enforce the " Three Simultaneities" construction projects; promote "Thunder Action" with high standards, implement full coverage of investigation and rectification and "look back" to ensure that hidden dangers are eliminated; and adhere to "rigid assessment and strict accountability" for safety management work.

Wen Shanlun, secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, pointed out that " Thunder Action" must be taken as a political task, the primary responsibility must be clarified, a solid safety red line and bottom line thinking must be established, management systems and business processes must be revised in a timely manner, safety investment must be guaranteed, and inherent safety must be improved.

Party Secretary and Chairman Chen Enhou made work arrangements in six aspects: First, we must raise our position, implement the "three controls and three musts" and the full-staff responsibility system, and form a closed-loop management of "party and government sharing responsibilities, one post with two responsibilities, and accountability for dereliction of duty"; second, we must take the relocation as an opportunity to comprehensively carry out 5S management; third, we must normalize the "four no's and two direct" inspections, break the coping mentality, and expose deep-seated problems; fourth, we must clarify the boundaries of responsibility and achieve grid-based supervision without blind spots; fifth, we must reverse the "hot on top and cold on the bottom" phenomenon, and the middle-level must take the initiative to deploy and command in front; sixth, we must firmly promote the "Thunder Action" and strengthen the safety responsibility of all employees.

ZYS will continue to use the "four no's and two direct" surprise inspections as a starting point, be problem-oriented, highlight political leadership, strengthen responsibility penetration and closed-loop management, strive to build a long-term safety mechanism, adhere to the bottom line of safe production, and resolutely fulfill the responsibilities of state-owned enterprises.
