Recently, in the ZYS large bearing manufacturing workshop, the newly built intelligent production line for wind turbine gearbox planetary bearings was successfully put into operation, marking a new step for ZYS in the field of intelligent bearing manufacturing. It also sets a new benchmark for the intelligent production and manufacturing of domestic wind turbine gearbox bearings. At present, large-megawatt wind power speed increaser gearboxes mostly adopt a three-stage planetary gear transmission structure, with up to 8 first-stage planetary gears and 16 sets of matching first-stage planetary gear bearings. Bearings are the core components of gearboxes. Planetary gear bearings mainly bear the meshing force of planetary gears and support the planetary gears in transmitting torque. The working conditions are complex and high reliability requirements are placed on the bearings. Therefore, the manufacturing accuracy and batch consistency of the planetary gear bearings will directly affect the performance and service life of the speed increasing gearbox.

The intelligent production line uses a robot vision system to automatically grab, load and unload materials. It is equipped with a high-sensitivity temperature sensor and online temperature compensation to realize full-scale online detection and recording of the processing process. At the same time, the external detection data is fed back to the grinding processing unit in real time. According to the system program settings, the grinding feed is automatically adjusted, reducing the interference of human factors, ensuring the consistency and stability of the bearing processing accuracy, and significantly improving the production efficiency and reducing labor costs.

ZYS has long been committed to the research and development of large-megawatt wind power speed increaser gearbox bearings. In recent years, it has completed the development and mass application of 5-10 MW wind power speed increaser gearbox bearings. In mid-March this year, it successfully rolled off the world's first 25 MW wind power gearbox bearing. In the future, ZYS will continue to increase its investment in the field of intelligent manufacturing, expand production capacity construction in an orderly manner, accelerate the development of new quality productivity, and contribute more to the green development of the economy and society.
