On May 15, Li Wenchao, deputy general manager and chief engineer of Luoyang Bearing Research Institute Co., Ltd. (ZYS), led a team to visit Chongqing Machine Tool Group Co., Ltd. (CHMTI) and signed a strategic cooperation agreement on high-precision bearings. Jiang Lin, deputy general manager and chief engineer of Chongqing Machine Tool Group, attended the ceremony.

Chongqing Machine Tool Group is a long-established state-owned enterprise specializing in the design and manufacture of gear processing machine tools. It is also a national specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprise and a manufacturing base for "industrial machine tools" in Chongqing. As a national first-class comprehensive research institute in China’s bearing industry, ZYS has always focused on the technical research and industrialization of bearings in the high-end equipment manufacturing industry. CHMTI and ZYS have a history of more than 20 years of technical cooperation.

During this visit, the two sides had in-depth exchanges and discussions on technology improvement directions, research and development task requirements, and scientific research cooperation models of high-precision bearing for key parts of high-end machining centers and CNC gear equipment.

The signing of this agreement marks that the two parties will deepen their strategic cooperative relationship, give full play to their respective advantages, jointly break through key technologies and common technologies in the basic applications of high-end precision machine tools, strengthen the ability to build key industrial chains for industrial machine tools, and contribute to the country's development of new quality productivity.
