On April 21, the 19th China International Machine Tool Show (CIMT2025) was held in Beijing. The show used the eight newly built exhibition halls of the China International Exhibition Center in Beijing for the first time, increasing the number of exhibition halls from the original 8 to 16, demonstrating China's huge market and its needs.

Since the opening, the booth of Luoyang Bearing Research Institute Co., Ltd. has been crowded with visitors, and its products have continuously attracted visitors to stop and inquire.

In the past two years, China's high-end precision machine tool technologies such as four-axis and five-axis have rapidly advanced and matured. The continuous improvement of China's machine tool processing capabilities and processing accuracy has helped and promoted the upgrading of equipment in the machining industry. The machine tool industry has developed in a positive direction, and the demand for machine tool-related products such as bearings has also increased.

In view of the characteristics of the machine tool industry, ZYS carefully selected and displayed some precision bearings and electric spindles for machine tools.

Among them, the high-power electric spindle is a further upgrade based on our current stable and leading electric spindle in China. It is benchmarked against the most advanced international grinding electric spindle, achieving ultra-high cost-effective import substitution, and is a new generation of star product of ZYS.

In addition to displaying traditional ultra-precision and ultra-high-speed angular contact ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings, this exhibition also displayed new products such as magnetic suspension support bearings and high-precision eccentric bearings, demonstrating the advanced level of bearings in the industry.

During the exhibition, ZYS, as the chairman unit, hosted the first board meeting and technical exchange activities of Spindle Branch of China Machine Tool & Tool Builders' Association in 2025.

In 2025, Luoyang Bearing Research Institute Co., Ltd. will move into the new Yibin Industrial Park, and the new smart production line will be put into operation. The production capacity and quality of high-precision bearings will be greatly improved.
