On June 16, 2021, Luoyang Bearing Research Institute Co., Ltd. received the advance payment for bearing processing equipment ordered by NACHI. Luoyang Bearing Research Institute Co., Ltd. and NACHI formally entered the stage of substantial cooperation.

Founded in 1928, NACHI is one of the four major bearing brands in Japan and one of the eight major bearing brands in the world. Sales revenue in 2020 exceeded 1.9 billion U.S. dollars, and automotive bearings account for about 20%. With the rapid development of new energy vehicles, the demand for bearings in the automotive industry has also undergone tremendous changes, and the layout of the bearing industry has also changed. NACHI plans to transfer its standard bearing production from Japan to Thailand in response to the decline in the automotive industry’s demand for standard bearings. Therefore, the new NACHI plant has a demand for cold rolling machines for the production of bearing rings.
