In accordance with the management requirements and milestone work plan arrangements of the National Key R&D Program projects, on July 14, the 2023 mid-year review meeting of the National Key R&D Program "Research and Application of Key Technologies for High-Performance Motor Insulated Bearings" (2020YFB2007900) project was held at Harbin Institute of Technology.

The meeting was hosted by the project lead unit Luoyang Bearing Research Institute Co., Ltd. and undertaken by the subject undertaking unit Harbin Institute of Technology. An expert group of 7 people including project responsible experts, special expert committee members, and peer experts was formed. More than 50 people from 10 units including Luoyang Bearing Research Institute Co., Ltd. , Harbin Institute of Technology, Shanghai United Co., Ltd., and Xi'an CRRC Yongdian Jieli Wind Energy Co., Ltd. attended the meeting. Leaders of Harbin Institute of Technology and Zhao Guangyan, deputy chief engineer of Luoyang Bearing Research Institute Co., Ltd., delivered speeches respectively. The meeting was chaired by Yin Yanjing, director of the Scientific Research Management Office of Luoyang Bearing Research Institute Co., Ltd..

At the meeting, each research group reported on the research content, technical indicators and completion status of the project in accordance with the requirements of the comprehensive performance evaluation of the project. The experts at the meeting raised questions and put forward opinions and suggestions on the project-related assessment indicators and the completion status of the project.

In order to fully complete the comprehensive performance evaluation of projects and topics, Luoyang Bearing Research Institute Co., Ltd. specially invited experts in related fields to hold three special lectures after the meeting: "Financial Audit Strategies for Key R&D Projects", "Interpretation of Data Submission Policies and Key Operation Points", and "Detailed Explanation and Precautions for Comprehensive Performance Evaluation". The lectures provided systematic training to key project personnel in aspects such as funding execution and auditing, data submission system operation, and specific requirements for comprehensive performance evaluation.

Through this meeting, the project members further deepened their communication and exchanges, jointly sorted out the constructive opinions put forward by the experts, and formed the minutes of the meeting. In the next step, the project team will improve the materials according to the experts' opinions, laying a solid foundation for the project to pass the comprehensive performance evaluation smoothly.
