November 2025 marks the 9th National Fire Prevention Month. To further create a strong fire safety atmosphere, enhance fire safety awareness, and effectively improve employees' ability to extinguish initial fires and evacuate for self-rescue, on the afternoon of November 14, Luoyang Bearing Research Institute Co., Ltd. carefully organized educational training and practical drills around the theme of " Fire Safety for All, Life Comes First — Safe Use of Fire and Electricity".
I. Full Preparation and Pre-Drill Mobilization
Mr. Jin Guodong, Deputy General Manager of the company, attended the event and delivered a mobilization speech. He pointed out that with the commissioning of new facilities and equipment, the company has taken a solid step forward on the path of high-quality development. However, this also brings unprecedented new challenges to fire safety work. He emphasized that fire safety is a major responsibility and a long-term task that must be shouldered by all employees. Every employee should foster a strong sense of ownership, take the initiative to become a guardian of the company’s fire safety, and work together to contribute to the safe and stable operation of the company.
II. Leading by Example: Knowledge Training

During this training and drill activity, the company specially invited Mr. Zhao Baohuan, a Level 1 Certified Fire Protection Engineer from Henan Hongxing Fire Equipment Co., Ltd., to deliver a lecture. With his extensive professional knowledge and practical experience, Mr. Zhao provided a vivid and practical learning session, covering various aspects such as basic fire knowledge, commonly used firefighting methods, fire prevention precautions, fire suppression techniques, and analysis of typical fire cases. Through his detailed explanations, participants significantly enhanced their fire safety awareness and effectively improved their knowledge and skills related to fire protection.
III. Alarm Sounds, Orderly Evacuation

As the alarm suddenly sounded, the drill officially began. Under the guidance of the drill task force, participants quickly and orderly evacuated to a safe area. During the evacuation process, realistic fire scenarios were simulated using smoke effects, allowing participants to feel as if they were in an actual fire situation. This immersive experience enabled them to more intuitively learn how to evacuate and perform self-rescue correctly during a fire, effectively enhancing their emergency response and self-rescue capabilities.
IV. "Live Ammunition": Hands-On Firefighting Practice

After the participants completed the evacuation and assembled, the drill task force demonstrated the proper operation of fire extinguishers, fire blankets, and fire hydrants. Following the demonstration, all participants actively took part in the hands-on firefighting practice under the guidance of the drill team. Through this firsthand experience, they learned and mastered the correct usage of firefighting equipment, further strengthening their practical firefighting skills.
This fire safety training and drill not only comprehensively tested the company's emergency response plan but also effectively improved employees' fire safety knowledge and skills. During the activity, employees mastered key skills such as fire prevention, firefighting, and evacuation and self-rescue through theoretical learning and practical operation, and their fire safety awareness was further enhanced. Looking to the future, the company will adhere to the principle of "safety first, prevention foremost," continuously improve its safety management system, strengthen daily supervision and hazard investigation, regularly organize training and drills, and enhance emergency response capabilities, thus laying a solid safety foundation for the company's high-quality development.
