Recently, the "Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the Announcement of the List of the Second, Third and Fifth Batches of Industrial Technology Base Public Service Platforms that Passed the Review" (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Letter [2025] No. 259) was issued, and Luoyang Bearing Research Institute Co., Ltd. successfully passed the review of the National Industrial Technology Base Public Service Platform.

Luoyang Bearing Research Institute Co., Ltd. was approved as the fifth batch of national industrial technology base public service platforms (testing and inspection category) in February 2023. In the past three years, the company's industrial technology base public service platform has taken the construction of digital laboratories as its core, and has created four platforms: inspection platform, analysis platform, test platform, and measurement platform. Combining the research on inspection, analysis, testing, and calibration methods, and utilizing information technology capabilities, it has built a public service platform for bearing inspection and identification that integrates design and development, testing and inspection, product analysis and evaluation, and expert consultation.

In the next step, the platform will continue to be guided by the service industry and supported by innovation and improvement, and will carry out bearing dimensional accuracy, quality characteristics, and test evaluation services; establish service guarantee, remote technical support, reliability analysis, data management and other systems; further improve the software and hardware capabilities of testing and identification, and improve the norms and standards system for bearing testing and identification, to provide support for improving the technical foundation system of my country's bearing industry and ensuring the innovative development of the bearing industry and the improvement of quality brands.
